YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE OF THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU RESIDE OR, IF YOU ARE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 AND THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY, THAT YOU ARE USING THE SERVICES WITH THE SUPERVISION OF YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WHO AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA.
Cita Telpa, SIA, operating under the display name “Northern Asylum” (“Cita Telpa,” “we,” “us” or “our”), is pleased to provide you access to, and use of, VR game software, related websites, applications, and content (collectively, the “Services”). This EULA applies to your purchase, access to, and use of, any Services provided by Cita Telpa.
LICENSE SCOPE:
One commercial license grants the licensee the right to use the Services on a single VR device. Multiple licenses must be purchased to use the Services on multiple VR devices.
UPDATES & SUPPORT:

REFUND POLICY:
All purchases related to the Services are final, and no refunds will be issued.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights therein, are the property of Cita Telpa. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of the Services is strictly prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia. In a dispute arising out of or related to this EULA, the prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable attorney fees, costs, and necessary expenditures.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES:
Cita Telpa reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, discontinue, or disable access to the Services or particular portions thereof, at any time and without notice.
TERMINATION:
We reserve the right to terminate your right to access and use the Services if you violate this EULA or any other terms or policies referenced herein.
